Index Labs

At Index Labs, we aim to collaborate closely with you and your business, combining our talents and creativity with your expertise to enhance value for your customers and simplify your life. We believe it is essential to keep pace with technological advancements by experimenting with and applying cutting-edge technology in real-world settings. Our commitment to developing innovative solutions tailored for Africa drives us to make daily progress for ourselves and our clients. In 2017, Index Labs was a finalist in the Facebook Bots for Messenger challenge with our Wedding Planner Bot. Following that, we created another socially beneficial chatbot, eShangazi, which serves as an online personal assistant for sexual and reproductive health inquiries. We are on the path to becoming leaders in developing chatbot frameworks for social good and business applications, enabling the swift delivery of chatbots for our communities and organizations.
