Our Journey Inceptive was founded in 2010 by three close friends eager to embark on their entrepreneurial adventure. Initially focused on developing mobile apps, we gradually evolved into a digital transformation agency. We have collaborated with clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Rental Channel Management

Rentalbell

Rentalbell is a SaaS solution focused on channel management for vacation rentals, enabling users to manage their rental availability across numerous platforms such as VRBO, Airbnb, and TripAdvisor. We began developing Rentalbell from the ideation phase. During the initial discovery stage, we analyzed the primary user flows and created wireframes, which were approved by the client. Following that, we organized development into sprints using SCRUM methodology to gather user feedback more quickly. Key features of the product include: 1) Performance optimization, where a critical requirement was to present multi-calendar data within a few seconds. Given that many users can manage hundreds of listings, we dedicated considerable time to perfecting this feature, which has contributed to client retention and growth. 2) Analytics, which includes a dynamic reporting feature that provides insights based on year and month across various metrics such as average stay duration, source channels, and length of stay. 3) Payment integration, allowing users with multiple rentals to manage both free and paid versions, thus complicating payment calculations for accounts. The system we developed is robust, ensuring accurate billing for end users who frequently add or remove rentals during a billing cycle. The application is built using Laravel, Angular, and Node, with a MySQL backend. The system has achieved notable success, with paying customers using the product daily to manage their rentals.

The client is a well-regarded lead management platform in the United States, catering to sectors such as Legal, Financial, and Professional services. They offer intelligent sales solutions by providing insights into companies and their key decision-makers. Their services include business development and sales intelligence offered through a web platform, webhooks, APIs, and customized data solutions. As their business expanded, they sought an offshore development partner. In no time, Inceptive took over current development tasks, ongoing maintenance, and server management. Inceptive successfully accomplished significant server upgrades and migrations. This has led to a continuous strategic engineering partnership that includes multiple .Net developers, DevOps, and QA professionals integrated into the client's global delivery team.

Outbound Reporting Tool

The shipping department of a large manufacturing company was managing its shipping operations through several Excel spreadsheets, which sometimes led to improper outscanning and the dispatch of incorrect products or quantities to customers. This process was prone to human error, prompting the decision to automate it. We developed an Outbound web tool hosted on an internal server, accessible to all users (planners, shippers, accountants) for managing Shipping Requests (SR), Delivery Notes (DN), and Invoices. This tool has simplified the process for shippers, enabling them to easily generate and share InTransit reports based on client requirements. To minimize data inaccuracies, we implemented verification checks at each step. Shippers can now upload MES dumps to the tool for outscanning verification. Additionally, we created an Android application that leverages a barcode scanner, compatible with codes generated by our system, allowing shippers to scan barcodes on SRs, trailers, pallets, and boxes to confirm they match the specified SR and quantity. The system is developed on the .NET framework using ASP.NET, SQL Server, and MVC architecture, while the mobile app is built using Native Android.
