Our workflow is quite standard: we gather information about your project, provide a rough estimate, plan the project in stages, offer a detailed estimate for each stage, receive a 50% retainer fee upfront, and then commence work. After completing a stage, we tally the hours worked, deduct the previously paid retainer, and send a new invoice. We typically operate on a Time and Materials basis, but we are also open to fixed-price projects.
