OUR STORY
I AM Builders is a national construction estimating firm founded in 2015 by Daniel Quindemil, a licensed general contractor with over a decade of experience in architecture and construction. Recognizing that busy contractors often struggle to find time for accurate estimating amidst their demanding jobsite responsibilities, the company provides comprehensive project takeoffs and cost estimates based on local pricing. Their professional team of engineers and architects uses a double verification system to ensure precise and reliable bids. Having estimated over $1.5 billion in projects ranging from private developments to government and military contracts worldwide, including embassies and military bases, I AM Builders supports clients through all project phases, including conceptual design. Their commitment to accuracy, backed by errors and omissions
