Pet Revolution is a family-owned eCommerce business located in the United States, founded by Tiffany and Kurt. During a discovery call, Brendon from Hyperfam recommended Ninox and devised a digital strategy to reorganize their product SKUs while developing a custom inventory management system that integrated with Etsy, Shopify, and Shipstation. This system also included bespoke order management workflows consolidated into a single database. The entire undertaking took nearly a month, covering development, testing, and integration. With the new system implemented, Pet Revolution reduced their inventory management time from over 5 hours a day to under 2 hours, saving them at least 110 hours per month, while also streamlining their processes and centralizing customer data with automated ticket generation.

G2K Group arranged a discovery call with Hyperfam to discuss their ongoing operational issues related to the manual creation of freight documents and data storage. They were in search of a comprehensive system that could provide a unified source of truth for customers, jobs, suppliers, and freight documentation. Additionally, they had specific requirements regarding their freight booking management, preferences for the system's appearance, and which information should be shown or hidden based on job type and user roles. They also outlined various data security needs that were not fulfilled by standard freight management software. Following the discovery call, Hyperfam developed a customizable freight management solution over two months, effectively replacing several document templates previously managed in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as an outdated freight management system. This transition led to a significant increase in operational efficiency, enabling the generation of multiple document types at the click of a button, with all data stored centrally in one system.
