Our personalities vary—some of us thrive in the night while others rise with the sun; we're dog fans and cat lovers alike; we cheer for the Packers as well as the Vikings; some enjoy beer while others prefer wine; we can be both extroverted and introverted, humorous and serious. We love to play with words, immersing ourselves in a good thesaurus. Unrestrained and unconventional, we thrive outside traditional norms. We oppose convoluted, bureaucratic agencies that try to address problems with sheer numbers. We enjoy using unique vocabulary, enhancing the ordinary, and adding an anti-establishment flair to everything. We show that global marketing can be dynamic and efficient, rather than the inefficient approaches often seen in large firms. We advocate for bold ideas, believing that dulling their edges only leads to mediocrity. We embrace those sharp edges and risky aspects.
