Delikatesy Centrum

OUR ASSIGNMENT Our collaborators at Creative Flow, along with the creative team from Delikatesy Centrum, engaged our UX team to enhance the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the Delikatesy Centrum mobile application. Our optimization efforts involved collecting specific data that informed the development of a solid foundation and guidelines for project tasks. The culmination of this optimization process was a revamped version of the app tailored to connect effectively with its target audience. RESULTS The outcome of our research was a comprehensive report filled with valuable insights regarding the target demographic. We successfully identified and clarified issues, expectations, and validated concepts for the app's new iteration. This report served as a foundation for identifying optimization opportunities and determining the best strategies to enhance the user experience, increase downloads, and increase the app's active user base. ACHIEVEMENTS Following the launch of the updated version of the app, featuring user-defined pathways and a fresh design, we observed a significant increase in positive user interactions. The new, user-friendly interface led to a general improvement in client satisfaction. The results achieved by the design team—including specialists from The Humans, Delikatesy Centrum, and our own UX team—were so impressive that the client decided to continue the app's development with The Humans.

E-learning "Code of Ethics"

A code of ethics is a document that outlines a set of guidelines and conduct principles designed to guide behavior and aid employees in navigating complex ethical dilemmas. This document serves not only as a source of information but also as a source of advice. Its comprehensive nature can make it challenging to digest. Our objective was to develop a series of training modules on Clariant's code of ethics for employees. We aimed not just to convey information but also to create an interactive platform to assess employees' understanding. We designed an engaging course in SCORM format, using characters and narratives to exemplify ethical principles. The scenarios were crafted to address the intricacies of ethical challenges and the diverse backgrounds of Clariant employees from various cultures and generations. The course was offered in ten languages and featured characters that represented Clariant's global workforce to demonstrate different ethical situations. This ambitious endeavor required a committed team of experts. A UX/UI designer created an intuitive interface that aligned with the client's branding guidelines. An illustrator and animator collaborated to produce vivid illustrations and animations showcasing ethical dilemmas. The dialogue and narration were recorded in English using two actors in a professional studio. Two development teams worked on adapting the course to the SCORM format, and we engaged ten translators to translate the course into the necessary languages. The principal achievement of this project was the development of a course that will benefit Clariant employees worldwide.

Mobile App Delikatesy Centrum

Our objective was to enhance the user experience and interface of the Delikatesy Centrum mobile application. This optimization process involved collecting specific data to create a solid foundation and guide for our project tasks. The outcome of this optimization was a new version of the app tailored to engage its target audience effectively. The primary challenge was to develop an app that would resonate with existing clients familiar with the current version while introducing them to the new navigation and features. We aimed to restructure the app to align with the needs of a specific target group. To gain a deeper understanding of this audience, we conducted comprehensive qualitative research and design workshops. The findings from our research culminated in a report rich with insights about the target demographic. We identified and clarified their problems, expectations, and validated ideas for the app's new version. This report laid the groundwork for pinpointing areas for improvement and determining the best strategies to enhance user experience, boost downloads, and increase the number of active users.
