Human Capital Partners, commonly known as HCP, has been operating since 1978. Initially part of Arthur Andersen Nigeria's Executive Selection unit, it became the Executive Selection & Training Services Group (ES&T) within KPMG Nigeria in 2002. In July 2011, the practice was established as an independent legal entity after KPMG Nigeria decided to divest this service area for operational and strategic reasons, transferring ownership to the staff who had previously managed the practice. HCP now specializes in executive and specialist search and selection using various methods, including database searches, direct headhunting, and recruitment through both print and online media. The organization also provides training through in-house and public programs. Additionally, HCP offers HR consulting services across several domains, such as interim management, organizational design and development, people strategy, human capital management, employer branding, compensation and benefits consulting, HR information systems, psychometrics, outsourcing, and career counseling and outplacement, collaborating with selected partners as needed.
