Hughes Marino

Hughes Marino is a distinguished commercial real estate firm that solely advocates for tenants and buyers, never landlords. We were founded on the principle that commercial tenants need a dedicated advocate, and we strive to empower companies as they tackle the intricacies of office, industrial, lab, and flex space real estate. Our expertise lies in tenant representation, commercial lease negotiations, project and construction management, lease administration, workplace strategy, and capital markets advisory. We assist businesses of all sizes—whether you're moving a small office of 10, optimizing a national portfolio, or planning a large-scale distribution center. At Hughes Marino, we approach each project with both the mindset of a business advisor and the precision of specialists. Our team comprises real estate brokers, attorneys, construction managers, architects, designers, financial analysts, and lease audit professionals, all collaborating to safeguard your interests and deliver top-notch results. With locations across the U.S. and a global presence, we help companies save time, minimize risks, and enhance profitability. We take pride in challenging conventions, considering more than just space requirements, and aligning real estate strategies with your business objectives. Recognized by Fortune Magazine as the #1 Best Workplace in the Nation, we exemplify a people-first culture and a strong commitment to excellence. By partnering with us, you gain not just a broker, but a trusted advisor who acts as an extension of your team. Let us assist you in making informed real estate decisions on local, national, and global levels.
