Elite Healthcare Consultants is a full-service business agency that offers administrative support to home care agencies of any size. Our services include intake, payroll, recruitment, and human resources. The company engaged our CEO to serve as an interim Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to develop the HR function, optimize talent acquisition, enhance retention, build the workforce, establish career pathways and salary structures, and streamline benefits and payroll to reduce costs.
