**BACKGROUND** Please provide an overview of your company and your role. As the Head of Production at a digital media agency, I oversaw product management. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What specific projects or services led your company to engage House of Apps, and what objectives did you have in mind? We aimed to develop a mobile application for Heinz Baby, a baby food brand, designed to assist young parents in initiating the weaning process for their infants. **SOLUTION** How did you choose this vendor, and what were the key factors in your decision? We selected them through comprehensive market research. Outline the project's scope in detail, including stages, major deliverables, and technologies employed. The scope involved designing, developing, launching, and supporting the mobile app for the Heinz Baby brand. HOUSE OF APPS created the user journey and various scenarios, designed the UX and UI, developed the mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, and set up the backend. These were the primary deliverables throughout the project. All tasks were managed using Asana, while collaboration tools like Figma and Miro were utilized. After launch, their proprietary technology, H-One, was incorporated into the app, enabling us to manage targeted push notifications and analyze user data. **RESOURCES** How many individuals from the vendor's team collaborated with you, and what roles did they hold? From HOUSE OF APPS, a total of nine team members participated in our project: a Project Manager, a Tech Lead, a UX/UI Designer, a DevOps specialist, a Frontend Developer, a Backend Developer, an iOS Developer, an Android Developer, and a QA specialist. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you provide measurable outcomes or general feedback regarding the project deliverables? We can share screenshots of app reviews from the App Store, Google Analytics data, and reports from the H-One push notification and analytics platform. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT** Describe their project management approach, including communication tools and adherence to timelines. They are exceptionally organized and meticulous, which is commendable considering our six years of collaboration. I particularly valued the team's openness and transparency. They are friendly and easygoing; the chemistry was immediate, making them feel like a natural extension of our team. What impressed you most about this company? Their proactivity and enthusiasm stood out to us. They were heavily involved in helping us strategize and tackle complex challenges that may have been beyond their initial scope. I appreciated their ongoing support even after the project was handed over to us. **AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT** Is there anything they could have done differently or areas for improvement? Nothing comes to mind; our experience with the team has been excellent. In retrospect, we might have benefited from involving the HOUSE OF APPS team earlier in the ideation phase, as their expertise could have strengthened the project even further.
