About the Team
OUR STORY
Founded on January 16, 2011, by Vin Shaaba, inspired by the contactless sport Hotbox, the company aimed to offer offshore IT departments for small businesses across Africa. By February 2012, it expanded rapidly to open offices in South Africa, Uganda, and Kenya, becoming the first to launch a content management system in East Africa. Growth continued, surpassing 300 websites by December 2012, with many migrating existing sites to its user-friendly control panel. By June 2015, the management team grew to 40 employees spread across countries of operation. In April 2016, they launched App Box, facilitating mobile app development and innovation.
