OUR STORY
Hooligan Development was founded in 2013 by Ricardo Carvalho and Malcolm McMorran, college friends and passionate developers frustrated by being undervalued in traditional creative and corporate environments. With a shared vision to create a developer-led collective, they aimed to treat talented professionals with the respect they deserve. Since then, Hooligan has grown significantly, delivering over 200 high-quality projects to clients across four continents in more than 35 languages, including streaming over 1.3 billion minutes. The company prioritizes both personal and professional growth of its team, believing that well-developed developers produce outstanding solutions. Upholding a culture of openness and inclusivity, Hooligan lives by a code that encourages innovation while fostering a welcoming workplace.
