SEO for a Financial Talent Platform

This was an emerging, disruptive company operating in a competitive market dominated by well-known marketplaces. The objective was to explore how SEO and online search could enhance their visibility in the industry, with a focus on increasing business-to-business signups. Considerable time was invested in understanding this financial sector, analyzing competitors, and developing an SEO strategy. This required a deep expertise in SEO. A major task was to design landing page templates that would be optimized for both SEO and conversions. After completing our research, we achieved this successfully, resulting in high conversion rates from incoming traffic. The strategy centered on targeting a specific niche, in contrast to the broader focus of global competitors, and incorporating more content to compensate for our lower "domain authority" in SEO. The SEO initiative yielded significant success, attracting valuable leads that signed up. The traffic has proven steady, and we aim to expand it over the long term, alongside launching PPC ads with similar targeting strategies.

PPC for a mortgage site

The client reached out to us through Clutch due to a decline in their contact submissions. They were unable to determine the cause of the drop in submissions coming from their PPC campaigns. After conducting a thorough investigation and audit, we discovered that the conversion settings in Google Ads were incorrect and that Google Analytics was not tracking key parts of the website, which resulted in distorted data. While this didn't mean that the conversions themselves were functioning well, it made it more challenging to analyze what was actually occurring. Following the audit, we recommended a website redesign and PPC management. Based on our findings and research, we utilized a UX designer for the redesign. The Google Ads account underwent complete optimization, requiring significant attention. As a result, the conversion rate for signups improved with the new website and ads. The client is satisfied with the increase in both the quantity and quality of signups. We are continuing our work, as there is still much to accomplish, and we monitor web performance on a daily basis.

SEO & PPC for a Irish Ecommerce Site

The client experienced a decline in their organic rankings on Google. An examination revealed that this was due to the core algorithm update implemented by Google in December 2020. Consequently, this turned into a project focused on removing the Google penalty, in addition to managing PPC. Removing a Google penalty is always difficult because Google does not specify the issues affecting a site or the reasons behind the ranking decline. As a result of this drop, their primary keywords fell from approximately rank 3 to rank 12 (the second page), affecting significant search terms in Ireland. The Google Ads needed a complete overhaul and optimization, especially given the reduction in organic traffic. This necessitated an increase in the budget for Google Ads to make up for the decline in organic traffic for those same key keywords. The ads transitioned from manual bidding to smart bidding centered on ROI. The consequences of the Google algorithm update had to be addressed until the next core update, which occurred six months later. Fortunately, the client exhibited enough patience. Following the new update, their Google organic rankings improved once again!
