OUR STORY
Since its inception in 1979, Watts Air Conditioning, Plumbing, & Electrical has been a family-owned business rooted in Lakeland, FL and Polk County. Starting humbly in a backyard shed with Lois Watts managing operations, the company quickly expanded, with Leonard Watts joining while serving in the Coast Guard. By 1983, they established their first official building in Haines City, and Leonard took over full operations by 1985. Over four decades, the company has flourished, now employing 26 dedicated professionals from their longstanding location. Known for swift communication, emergency services, and commitment to excellence, Watts stands as a BBB-accredited pillar in the community. They invite passionate individuals to join their team and contribute to maintaining local comfort.
