OUR STORY
Jim Hiesener is an experienced IT support specialist with a deep expertise in Apple computers and a broad range of business solutions. His career has taken him through various industries such as advertising, graphic design, public relations, architecture, fine art, law, and residential services, primarily within the bustling setting of New York City. Known affectionately as “Jim the Mac Guy,” he began his technical work in the 1990s by assisting clients after hours, demonstrating commitment and flexibility. Alongside his professional life, Jim's office companion, Monty, a charming and sizable English Bulldog, adds warmth as a therapy presence, often accompanying Jim to on-site visits for clients in New Jersey, enhancing the workplace environment.
