**Project Objective** Under an annual operational agreement with CJ ENM, I oversaw the comprehensive UX service planning, analysis, and UI/UX design for the global K-pop app "Mnet Plus." The objective was to enhance user experience and stimulate platform growth through ongoing service enhancements. **Team Structure & Headcount** The team consisted of four members: two UX Planners and two UI/UX Designers. We collaborated closely with the pertinent department at CJ ENM's headquarters, taking full responsibility for the planning and design processes. **Position & Role** *UX Planner:* - **Screen Design & Requirements Definition:** Developed screen flowcharts and storyboards. - **Data Analysis & User Research:** Formulated improvement strategies based on quantitative data from tools such as Google Analytics (GA) and analysis of user behavioral logs. *UI/UX Designer:* - **UI/UX Design:** Designed the app's overall graphical user interface and motion elements. - **Creative Production:** Created in-app event banners and promotional graphics. - **User Research:** Conducted tests using prototypes and implemented UI enhancements. **Challenges** This service serves a global audience, attracting K-pop fans from various countries, including Japan, Indonesia, and the US. The primary challenge during the initial phase was accurately gauging the diverse user needs and cultural contexts across these regions, while effectively integrating them into a single application. **Actions Taken** I performed an in-depth analysis of user demographics by country and region, carefully planning and executing in-app events and content specifically aimed at each target audience. By continually adjusting UI elements to cater to regional tastes and designing highly localized events, we successfully addressed the varied needs of our global user base. **Business Outcomes** *Significant Contract Extension:* Originally a short-term contract lasting six months, our exemplary operational performance and high-quality results led to an extension of the agreement with the client.
