Inpiste Ltd
When Inpiste Ltd initially reached out to us, they had a distinct goal: to showcase their indoor snow-sports simulators in an engaging and immersive manner, while also creating a website that would convey their offerings, streamline bookings, and enable their team to update content independently without needing constant developer support. Through numerous planning sessions, we outlined the user experience—from landing on the homepage, watching a promotional video, checking safety details, exploring FAQs, identifying simulator features, to ultimately booking a session. We developed a responsive website that adapts fluidly to various devices and screen sizes. A comprehensive content management system was put in place, allowing Inpiste’s team to modify text, upload new imagery, change schedules, and manage FAQs. Contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, and booking functionalities were integrated, and the site was optimized for performance, search engine optimization, SSL security, and compliance with UK/EU privacy laws. On the media front, we processed their raw video footage from the Infinity Piste and SkyTechSport simulators, performing edits such as trimming, color correction, adding graphics and titles, and converting it into web-friendly formats. We designed a thumbnail preview and created multiple resolution versions suitable for various devices, ensuring fallback formats were available. To ensure reliable video playback, we implemented a CDN-enabled video hosting solution, allowing seamless viewing with minimal buffering, even during peak traffic or slower connections. Additionally, we arranged the site hosting with adequate capacity and set up monitoring, backups, and maintenance strategies. The outcome was a sleek, high-performance website that fulfilled Inpiste’s objectives: appealing to visitors, easy for their team to manage, and technically sound.
