**Challenge** A prominent bank sought to improve its management of IT security risks and enhance its compliance and audit functions. To achieve this, the bank needed a reliable advisor for security solutions to safeguard its infrastructure, applications, and data protection systems. However, it struggled with a clear strategy due to a disconnect between its IT and information security departments. **Solution** We conducted health checks on their Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system to assess its performance and capabilities. Our team assisted the bank in understanding how to continuously gain value from SIEM, which is crucial for advancing the maturity of their security program. We also optimized their Wide Area Networks (WAN), Metropolitan Area Networks (MAN), Local Area Networks (LAN), and managed Virtual Private Networks (VPNs). **Results** We implemented a comprehensive and transformative cybersecurity defense across the bank’s entire infrastructure, including its applications and data stores, and validated the outcomes using industry-standard security metrics. The bank adopted a risk-based approach to plan and implement its cybersecurity resilience practices.

**Challenge**: The client wanted a scooter-sharing app designed to resemble other similar applications, incorporating a bonus/referral system along with features that allow users to earn money by charging scooters. The app is intended for launch in several countries. **Solution**: We created a cross-platform mobile app for both iOS and Android from the ground up, conducted research and developed IoT management for various scooter brands, and established a back-office system for managing scooters and orders. We also provide ongoing support for the website and mobile app. **Results**: The app has been successfully published on the App Store and Play Market, with scooters currently in the pre-launch phase across multiple countries.
