OUR STORY
Founded in 2017 by Brian Moak, HEART Certified Auto Care draws upon over 90 years of family experience in Chicago's auto repair industry. Brian grew up immersed in the business, learning firsthand from his father's dedication and work ethic. This background inspired him to prioritize customer care in an often opaque industry. HEART centers its operations on transparency and education, using detailed photos to explain vehicle needs and forge strong customer partnerships. The company’s commitment to affordable, honest service and community involvement has earned it more than 5,500 five-star reviews, supported by an experienced team averaging 13 years of tenure. HEART, meaning Helping Everyone Achieve Reliable Transportation, symbolizes their heartfelt dedication to customers and staff alike.
