Harton Search Ltd

Harton Search is a specialized headhunting firm in engineering and high-tech, operating in the UK, Europe, and the US. We focus on placing senior technical leaders and engineering professionals in tech/SaaS, FinTech, and Deep Tech sectors, working on both retained and contingency fee structures for founders, CTOs, and engineering directors who prioritize quality hires over quick ones. Our emphasis is on accuracy rather than quantity; we don’t inundate inboxes with resumes. Instead, we analyze markets, pinpoint the top talent, and facilitate meaningful introductions. Whether you're assembling a founding engineering team, scaling after funding, or replacing a vital technical position, we offer a network and confidentiality that general recruiters cannot provide.
