Founded and led by Rod Stanback since 2013, Hard Money University and Flip Funding is a black-owned direct hard money lender specializing in financing for real estate investors engaged in fix and flip, rental, and new construction projects. Rod's journey began in the challenging environment of North Philadelphia's Richard Allen Projects, a neighborhood marked by violence and drug activity. Despite these obstacles, he transformed his circumstances through real estate, beginning his investment journey in 2008. With a varied portfolio spanning residential and commercial properties, Rod continues to expand his ventures, exemplified by his latest project: developing over 34 acres in North Carolina into a farm and modern campground, reflecting both innovation and growth.
