GOMEL operates two advanced lubricant blending facilities located in Jebel Ali and Ras Al Khaimah, which together have an annual capacity of 145,000 tons. These plants produce a wide variety of automotive and industrial lubricants, with the RAK facility also featuring a specialized grease blending section. Both facilities are strategically positioned in the Jebel Ali Free Zone and Maritime City of RAK, respectively. GOMEL oversees the Gulf Lubricants business in regions including the Middle East, Levant, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the CIS, serving over 20 countries. The company also supplies various Gulf entities globally. GOMEL’s operations include manufacturing, storage, warehousing, transportation, and marketing of its extensive range of automotive and industrial lubricants. It caters primarily to major B2B clients in industries such as infrastructure, mining, fleet operations, and government projects, maintaining a strong presence in the market through a robust distributor network.

Since joining Gulf Oil in 2002 as Chief Finance Officer, Camille Nehmae has built a significant career marked by leadership and strategic growth. With over 25 years of experience primarily in the oil and gas sector, Camille advanced to Vice President roles, including Business Development where he led key mergers and acquisitions like Petromin in Saudi Arabia and Houghton International in the US. In 2016, he assumed commercial responsibilities as VP Europe and, since January 2021, has been guiding Gulf's brand positioning and new business model development as VP Strategy and Transformation for the Gulf. Camille also contributes his expertise as a board member across various Gulf Oil companies. His foundation includes a master’s in finance from EDHEC Business School
