Our CEO, Soso Sazesh, established Growth Pilots after repeatedly encountering high-growth companies that struggled with paid acquisition. These companies often lacked the time and expertise to manage it in-house, and their experiences with agencies were typically characterized by passive management, poor communication, a lack of transparency, and minimal investment from account managers who were overwhelmed with clients. Growth Pilots was created to serve as a solution for frustrated businesses seeking a committed partner focused on delivering results.
