Growth Pilots is a San Francisco-based digital marketing agency that focuses on paid search and paid social advertising. While we identify as an agency, we function more like an internal marketing team committed to mastering paid marketing channels for our clients. Our CEO, Soso Sazesh, established Growth Pilots after repeatedly encountering high-growth companies that struggled with paid acquisition. These companies often lacked the time and expertise to manage it in-house, and their experiences with agencies were typically characterized by passive management, poor communication, a lack of transparency, and minimal investment from account managers who were overwhelmed with clients. Growth Pilots was created to serve as a solution for frustrated businesses seeking a committed partner focused on delivering results. We deliberately collaborate with only a select few top-tier companies so that we can thoroughly understand each client's business and treat it as if it were our own.
