As Spotify approached its direct listing on the New York Stock Exchange, the company entered a new phase of rapid growth and transparency, prompting it to partner with SJR to transform its newsroom. Collaborating closely with the Spotify Communications team, we launched For the Record—an influential storytelling hub for the industry. This editorial newsroom serves as a platform for fans, journalists, and creators to access the latest developments in the audio world. Featuring in-depth explorations of cultural trends and global listening habits, company news, updates on product partnerships, and creator interviews, For the Record allows Spotify to share its narrative openly. Our creative efforts enhance earned media, internal communications, stakeholder relations, and consumer interaction. Since its inception, the site has expanded significantly, and along with timely announcements, it now features a daily stream of updates through articles, infographics, videos, and media kits. For major campaigns or events, such as the renowned year-end Wrapped, FTR also offers specially curated landing pages that serve as comprehensive news hubs.

In an effort to reinforce its status as an innovator and a leading employer in Canada's FinTech sector, Interac sought a partner to create a strong thought leadership platform that presents its distinctive perspective on the Canadian payments environment. Collaborating closely with the Interac Communications team, we established the Interac newsroom—a central hub for stories about payments news, business insights, innovations, and product updates from Interac. This newsroom enables Interac to maintain its presence in discussions while enhancing brand loyalty by offering insightful and engaging digital content that empowers audiences. The topics and themes are informed by comprehensive persona research and a targeted SEO and keyword strategy that addresses the primary search inquiries and interests of the target audience, all while fostering consistent growth in organic traffic. Throughout our five-year collaboration, we have produced numerous editorial articles that have positioned Interac at the forefront of discussions about the future of payments and technology in Canada, highlighting the talent, expertise, and depth of knowledge present within the Interac organization.
