About the Team
OUR STORY
Founded in 1987 by ten brothers united by a shared vision, the company originally operated as Sunshine Grounds Care. Over time, as more brothers joined their mission, the business evolved into a well-known brand grounded in quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and genuine care. In 2010, with support from Neighborly (formerly Dwyer Group), the company rebranded as The Grounds Guys and expanded rapidly across the United States and Canada, growing to over 200 franchise locations. Despite this significant growth and nationwide presence, the company has steadfastly maintained its founding commitment to hard work and delivering true value to its customers.
