This equipment employs a horizontal gyratory sifting motion, which allows materials to be retained longer, features a slower and gentler sieving process, and reduces vertical agitation. These qualities ensure that fine materials remain in contact with the screen for a longer duration, resulting in more precise separations. Our sifters are designed with multiple sieves stacked vertically, enabling a large sifting surface to be achieved while occupying minimal floor space. For situations requiring multiple separations, this sieve configuration allows precise allocation of the necessary sieve area for each separation. The equipment includes both single-stack machines and larger multi-compartment machines, with screen surface areas varying from 9.4 ft² to 950 ft² (0.9 m² to 88 m²). Depending on the machine type and application needs, these sifters can be set up to perform between 2 and 8 separations.
