Over a 13-month partnership, Gravils successfully brought in 166,730 new clients and 42,127 new couriers for the delivery app Borzo* (previously known as Wefast, Mr. Speedy, and Dostavista). **About Borzo & Dostavista:** Since 2012, Borzo and Dostavista have been offering rapid and flexible courier services across 10 countries and over 300 cities, boasting more than 2.5 million couriers and 3 million clients. **Collaboration Goal:** The objective was to maximize the user base in selected countries, specifically: - India - Indonesia - Malaysia - Philippines - Vietnam - Mexico - Brazil **How We Operated:** The collaboration model was based on CPA, with traffic generated through Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Payment was made for both the first order of a new client and for recruiting new couriers. **Attracting Couriers:** In tandem with the primary campaign, Gravils focused on recruiting couriers due to a demand for more delivery personnel to handle the influx of orders from new clients. During the two-month partnership, Gravils achieved 22,500 initial purchases for the taxi app inDriver. About inDriver: - Operates in 31 countries and over 300 cities - Facilitated more than 400 million rides - Serves over 38 million users With inDriver, riders can determine how much to pay for their rides by selecting from the best offers based on price, vehicle type, and estimated arrival time. The app displays the rating of each responding driver and their total completed trips. Users can also share ride details and their current location directly through the app, giving them control over their experience. Collaboration Goals: - Target specific geographic areas - Boost new user acquisition - Increase the number of paying users Collaboration Process: Gravils initiated traffic generation using a CPA and CPI model on a limited budget starting in November 2019. Purchases were credited to Gravils for the first 14 days after the app was installed. During the four-month collaboration from August to December 2021, VkusVill, a brand focusing on healthy products, generated 4,670 first purchases through Gravils for its food delivery service. VkusVill offers always free delivery and operates a supermarket chain across 58 cities in Russia, with 85% of its products sourced from within the country and a catalog exceeding 10,000 items, processing over 175,000 orders daily. The objective was to attract new online customers using the Huawei Ads platform with geotargeting across 55 regions in Russia. The platform boasts over 50 million monthly active users, with a user percentage of 11%, a cost per mille (CPM) of $1, and a cost per install (CPI) of $0.35. More than 25 different ad formats were tested in various placements, including welcome page ads, native ads, rewarded ads, fullscreen ads, and banners, resulting in over 400 unique creatives. The campaign achieved a 137% completion of key performance indicators (KPIs), leading to 106,000 installs and 4,670 first-time purchases from new users.
