Grant Ninja

Innovation grants, like those provided by state or federal governments, deliver essential funding for businesses engaged in advanced research and development. Likewise, R&D tax credits incentivize companies by offering significant cash refunds or tax reductions for their innovative efforts. However, a significant challenge arises as both grants and R&D tax credits are usually disbursed retrospectively, requiring businesses to initially invest their own funds in projects before receiving reimbursement. This delay can lead to cash flow issues, hindering R&D activities, postponing hiring, or prompting companies to seek costly loans or relinquish equity prematurely. Fortunately, there is a solution: Grant Ninja, offered by Swanson Reed, serves as a grant funding resource to assist these businesses in obtaining essential upfront payments. While Swanson Reed does not provide financing or loans directly, we can connect you with the most suitable firms or financial institutions to help bridge this gap, enabling businesses to access upfront capital without having to wait for government disbursements.
