Variety of financial tools for FinTech Company

Lease Link

Over several years of collaboration, GOTOMA supplied a team of developers to LeaseLink, a leading fintech in the leasing market's online segment. Nearly 100,000 small and medium-sized business customers utilize LeaseLink's services, which are accessible through integration with over 4,000 online stores, including top e-commerce leaders, as well as physical retail chains. The LeaseLink payment solution is fostering growth in Polish B2B e-commerce. The challenge was staffing shortages related to the unique nature of the client’s industry (focused on a single product) and complex processes that change monthly, necessitating backward compatibility. The solution involved providing a managed team of six rotating IT specialists along with a 24/7 support line. Team members received training customized to the client's requirements and were seamlessly replaced when necessary, minimizing disruptions as demands and financial regulations shifted. The outcome was the long-awaited stability of the software development process, thanks to GOTOMA's adaptable approach, enabling the client's business to scale further and attract a strategic investor in the form of mBank S.A.

AI-driven B2B platform with ERP and WMS

Praxis Invent

The implementation of ERP and WMS systems for one of the leading distributors in the office and computer products sector facilitated not only the management of enterprise and warehouses but also the automation of B2B sales between the distributor and its partners. This was achieved through automatic negotiation processes and order placements that leveraged algorithms and AI to analyze current marketplace prices, predict changes, and guide traders in decision-making. The client faced a challenge: staff shortages due to the unique demands of the industry, which focuses on a single product, led to a lack of specialized human resources necessary to meet operational needs. The solution involved providing a managed team of eight IT specialists who were trained according to the client's requirements. This team was implemented and updated regularly, ensuring knowledge retention through current technical documentation and ongoing training and evaluation. As a result of this strategy, the client almost completely reduced the need for recruiting new programmers and was able to maintain a minimal team capable of independently managing the system when switching IT suppliers became necessary. The approach also decreased costs tied to employee turnover and knowledge loss by outsourcing recruitment and staff replacement to GOTOMA. This transition stabilized the software development process, enhanced scalability, quality, and sustainability, ultimately leading to cost savings. Moreover, it initiated research efforts that boosted the competitive edge by improving sales personnel's efficiency through the integration of AI solutions into IT systems, enabling automated price analyses of products from manufacturers and B2C retailers offering the client’s products.

E-commerce for the world's largest hobby store

Hobby Link Japan

Hobby Link Japan aimed to enhance the efficiency of its e-commerce platform without incurring excessive costs. At that time, the project manager was seeking ways to establish temporary collaborations to boost productivity and develop various e-commerce strategies at competitive prices. The challenge was to address workforce shortages due to the client's location and the need for cost efficiency. The solution involved providing a pair of experienced Magento developers who could work flexibly with HLJ under a hybrid payment structure that included both fixed and time-and-materials (T&M) options. As a result of this implementation, the project became stable, leading to the necessary savings in the IT department and an improvement in service quality, all while maintaining product development momentum thanks to the affordability of GOTOMA's services.
