**REBRANDING, UX/UI DESIGN, AND WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT FOR MAGNETIQ BANK, A EUROPEAN FINTECH INSTITUTION** MAGNETIQ BANK, located in Latvia, seeks to enhance the way fintech firms engage with banking services. 🧠 **CHALLENGE** The bank's team set a bold objective: to penetrate new markets with refreshed, user-friendly digital offerings. This initiative aims to solidify their position within the fintech industry. They required a rebranding strategy that mirrored these aspirations and their core philosophy. A key challenge was to develop an innovative design that would establish the bank as a frontrunner in the European market. 💼 **SOLUTION** We undertook the task of redesigning the logo, developing a new brand identity, and creating a comprehensive brand book and guidelines, alongside a complete overhaul of the company’s digital design, covering the website and product interfaces. ✅ **LOGO AND BRAND IDENTITY** The redesigned logo captures the new positioning by enhancing the banking experience. It represents magnetism through a blend of a circle and a square, symbolizing the relationship between the bank and its customers. ✅ **VISUAL IDENTITY** We established the groundwork for the visual identity, introducing a new color palette, typography, and visual components. ✅ **BRAND GUIDELINES AND DESIGN SYSTEM** The brand guidelines we created serve as a detailed design system, facilitating the adaptation of materials across various formats — from digital platforms to offline media like outdoor advertising. ✅ **WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT** We designed a new UX/UI layout for the bank’s website, managed the front-end development, and launched the homepage. Work continues on the complete website and several product interfaces. 🏆 **RESULT** To date, our team has successfully created a comprehensive design system and brand book for the bank, along with the launch of their new website. 365games – an eSports platform & marketing website

365games

CREATION OF AN ESPORTS PLATFORM AND MARKETING WEBSITE FOR THE GAMING COMMUNITY 365games is an online gaming platform designed for esports enthusiasts. 📑 OBJECTIVE We aimed to develop both the platform software and a marketing website. 💪 CHALLENGE • The main challenge was to equip 365games with specific product features: • As a global entity, it needed to be accessible around the world and support 6 languages; • We sought to create a daily gaming experience that fostered competition and real-time interaction among players; • The platform's servers needed to be secure, with end-to-end encryption to protect against cyber threats and data breaches. 💼 SOLUTION – We developed an MVP for the platform to analyze the target audience, grasp their core needs, and form initial hypotheses during the early stages of development. – We implemented a tournament system that includes event creation, team invitations, match management, and a points and cash prize distribution system. – Our team created a leaderboard, established a rewards system, and offered a subscription plan for players to earn extra bonuses. – The platform was deployed on Amazon Web Services servers to ensure reliability and user-friendliness. – We developed a separate marketing website to highlight the platform's benefits and encourage potential users to sign up. 🏆 OUTCOME The client received a fully functional MVP of the platform within 6 months. The final deliverable featured comprehensive server logic, key functionalities, and the marketing website. Additionally, we incorporated in-platform and email notification settings as per the client's specifications. The existing brand and website failed to effectively represent the company's value or its emphasis on user-friendliness and clarity. A design language that conveyed trust and flexibility was essential. 💼 **SOLUTION** We collaborated with FinUp's leadership to revitalize the brand's tone and visuals, refining the logo, updating the color palette and typography, and developing a scalable design system.
