Take a look at the e-commerce project we completed for one of Poland's largest pharmaceutical companies. Eleven specialists contributed to this initiative, where we examined 20 heatmaps of key store elements and reviewed approximately 200 recorded user sessions. Consequently, we developed mock-ups for the store's structure and interface designs with 400 different views. Our team crafted a unique visual concept for the store, considering all essential factors, such as legal requirements for displaying medical products and specific formats for product cards. Amica is the leading manufacturer of household appliances in Poland, with its cookers and washing machines available throughout Europe. The company aims to create products that are "Humanly designed - with Your participation," focusing on developing technologies that enhance everyday life in the kitchen for consumers. This philosophy was also applied to the design of their website. The client's directive involved creating and implementing a new website for the Amica brand in Poland, which could also be adapted for other markets, such as Germany. After several months of dedicated effort, a comprehensive and multilingual website was developed, allowing users to easily access the entire range of products with just a few clicks. It encourages home transformation and facilitates quick purchasing of necessary items. The complete system design includes numerous modules. The new site features an updated look and graphic design, consistent across all Amica brands. We revamped the homepage, product pages, and functionalities such as listings, checkout, and account management.

Carrefour sought a website that would be ideally suited for the modern era of online shopping, and we accepted the challenge! Our objective was to introduce new business-essential features while ensuring a positive experience for e-commerce visitors. Enhancing user experience both at the interface and throughout the entire purchasing process was another crucial goal. Utilizing collected data and a thorough analysis of user behavior (via tools like Hotjar and heatmaps), we developed a new content structure. We streamlined the purchasing process and incorporated PWA technology, allowing users to access features previously limited to mobile apps. Voila!
