Galaxy Racer Warm Winter Guinness World Records
Galaxy Racer is one of the leading organizations globally in esports, gaming, and lifestyle. They operate 10 esports divisions and have more than 100 content creators, boasting an impressive following of over 500 million. Go4HIGHSCORE managed GXR's primary social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, which experienced notable increases in both engagement and follower counts. One of our major social media initiatives was the Warm Winter campaign, designed to fundraise for refugees. This project was remarkable as it achieved two Guinness World Records: the longest live stream lasting 268 hours, 14 minutes, and 20 seconds, and the most viewers for a charity live stream on YouTube, with 698,000 viewers (link: https://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/news/2022/3/youtuber-aboflahs-268-hour-livestream-breaks-two-world-records-689421). Our responsibilities included developing the social media strategy, creating content related to the stream, providing live coverage, and engaging other GXR creators in the campaign. Galaxy Racer's social media presence was crucial, highlighted by a single video that garnered over 2 million organic views, marking the highest engagement in GXR's Instagram history. The 11 days of continuous live streaming tested our social media team's resilience, but we successfully rose to the challenge. Ultimately, the project was a significant triumph, as we raised an impressive $11 million USD for refugees during their critical time of need.
