**REBRANDING AND DESIGN ENHANCEMENTS** The design team in Glendale implemented striking graphics across the website. Tailored designs were integrated into the existing framework to deliver a site that is both visually appealing and easy to navigate. Consistent design and graphic features were extended to category pages and all other content, ensuring a unified and professional appearance. To complement the modern look of the new site, the company logo was also refreshed. **NEW FUNCTIONALITIES** Enhancements to the shopping basket and cart significantly improved the overall user experience. Features such as volume pricing and specific product discounts were introduced, along with an upgraded layout for the basket screen. The checkout process was refined for better flow and aesthetics, incorporating new elements like custom order fields, gift certificate and coupon options, and integration with third-party payment services like PayPal and Amazon Pay. A three-step abandoned cart email campaign was launched, featuring automated coupon generation and incentives to motivate customers to complete their purchases. The shipping screen was improved to show a dynamic order total, updating automatically based on the chosen shipping method, keeping customers aware of all costs in advance. The new filtering options facilitate an easier shopping experience, allowing customers to quickly find products available for immediate purchase, while custom-built items cater to those seeking unique solutions for their specific needs. **Revamped Site Design** The redesign of Buckstopinc.com presented a striking new look. With an emphasis on maintaining a strong brand presence, the updated design was tailored to the target audience. The new site retained the original color scheme for brand consistency, while the introduction of a bold, masculine font enhanced its uniqueness. We showcased galleries of images, allowing the client to display products in action. These real-life visuals help shoppers envision how the parts will appear on their vehicles. **Platform Transition** The previous website was primarily built on WordPress, with the shopping cart functioning through Miva. Transitioning the entire site to Miva enabled the Glendale team to reorganize the data more effectively. We introduced a dynamic display on the home page of the storefront to engage visitors and highlight new content. By showcasing the six most recent posts directly on the homepage, we ensure that visitors are updated with the latest news from Suncoast Porsche. **Search & Navigation** To enhance accessibility, we configured the site to utilize an Alternate Keywords field for the search feature. This enables better search results by accommodating synonyms and misspellings. Additionally, we reorganized the product data and established a facet structure that facilitates easier navigation for shoppers.
