Increasing the occupancy rate of the co-working
BACKGROUND HUB 4.0 is a network of innovative spaces situated in Kyiv, Ukraine, that provides coworking areas, conference facilities, an educational center, and smart offices for teams. Initially, the project faced a low occupancy rate of just 30% and depended on social media and client referrals for marketing. THE CHALLENGE The company sought our assistance to raise their client base by filling vacant spaces and offices by 50%. STRATEGY & IMPLEMENTATION To meet this goal, we offered HUB 4.0 a range of services, including a website audit with recommendations, SEO optimization, content revisions, call tracking integration, and Google Ads management. Our strategy thoroughly examined every factor that could influence conversions, focusing on IT professionals seeking comfortable remote workspaces. The website audit assessed user experience, information accessibility, and compatibility across various devices and search engines, particularly Google. We developed technical specifications to enhance usability. Before launching any advertising, we conducted search engine optimization to ensure the website was well-prepared for search result indexing. Call tracking was integrated to increase customer touchpoints and improve tracking capabilities. For the advertising campaign, we meticulously categorized target audiences, keywords, and compelling arguments tailored to potential clients. We began with search campaigns and subsequently implemented remarketing in the media network once sufficient data was collected. RESULTS As a result of our digital marketing strategy, HUB 4.0's occupancy rates rose from 30% to 80% within three months. Over a span of 31 months, the company generated 2,856 leads at a cost of $2.81 per lead. The successful implementation of this digital marketing strategy significantly contributed to the growth of HUB 4.0's business.
