Nooba Case Study - Real Estate

Nooba

**The Challenge:** - The Nooba project includes 518 units and is situated in Barreiro, on the southern bank of Lisbon. - Barreiro hasn't seen any significant real estate developments in over two decades. - It is approximately a 45-minute drive from Lisbon and about 20 minutes by boat. - The area has a negative reputation in Lisbon and is often overlooked as an option. **The Solution:** - An ongoing public relations effort is underway, with Nooba and the Municipality promoting the area as a feasible alternative to Lisbon for remote work and evolving commuting patterns. - A highly targeted digital campaign has been created for residents of the southern bank, Lisboetas, and the expatriate market, using completely different messaging tailored to each group (e.g., highlighting affordable family space versus enjoying the best of the southern bank). - Communication strategies vary depending on the stage of the buyer's journey, from initial interest in relocating to effective searching and comparing options. - Continuous analysis of conversion rates aims to enhance the website and optimize various campaigns and landing pages for specific audiences. **The Results:** - The project gained significant recognition, particularly among south bank residents, successfully positioning it as one of the top developments in the area. - Over 50 media mentions and links to the Nooba website were achieved in the first month (including coverage from Expresso, Forbes, Idealista, etc.), resulting in 60,000 monthly website visitors. - The digital campaign generated more than 2,000 leads in the initial two months, with lead distribution aligning with the targeted investment. - Initial booking objectives were met, yielding over 10 million euros in sales within the first two months.

Paid Media Performance Boost

Eleclerc

In 2021, E-Leclerc tasked us with overseeing their paid media account and providing insights into the digital behaviors within the distribution market. Our work at Gigantic began with an analysis of industry data, focusing on two main questions: the total traffic volume generated by competitors and the traffic acquisition strategies employed by each brand, including direct traffic, search, referrals, paid media, social media, and email. With a clear understanding of E-Leclerc's market position, we collaborated with the marketing team to set yearly objectives. We selected two straightforward metrics: the monthly and annual number of website visitors, along with an engagement metric based on the number of pages viewed. In 2021, E-Leclerc achieved its first goal of over one million annual website visitors in Portugal, a noteworthy figure given the number of E-Leclerc stores relative to its competitors. This accomplishment was partly attributed to the success of Paid Media, which, with the same investment as the previous year, increased traffic from this source by 139%, more than doubling the results from 2020 and surpassing the set targets while reducing the acquisition cost by 50%. Performance has continued to grow in double-digit percentages up to the present day. These outcomes highlight the significance of aligning data, creativity, and content, as well as the impact that a performance-oriented management approach can have on any brand or industry.
