**Client Overview** Leveraging its extensive experience, Geomotiv established its product subsidiary, Adoppler (www.adoppler.com), in 2017 to expedite time-to-market for companies in the television industry by utilizing programmatic technologies. Adoppler's objective was to create a comprehensive programmatic AdTech platform, known as Trusted Marketplace, to streamline the media buying and selling processes. **Objective** The aim was to develop a programmatic platform that would enable clients to move away from outdated methods and consider both aspects of the media purchasing process within a secure and transparent framework for AdTech transactions, based on the Trusted Marketplace technology. **Project Overview** Initially, the platform was developed as a real-time bidding (RTB) exchange, allowing interaction between programmatic buyers and sellers via the OpenRTB protocol. Subsequently, supply-side platform (SSP) features were incorporated. To facilitate direct deals through a programmatic channel, the Adoppler team implemented support for Private Marketplace (PMP) and programmatic guaranteed (PG) transactions. Later, demand-side platform (DSP) functionalities were integrated, enabling management of advertisers, campaigns, and creative assets. Finally, Adoppler introduced an advanced reporting tool, enhancing the platform's overall AdTech capabilities. **Outcomes** A horizontally scalable system was successfully developed and tested in a live environment, handling peak loads of up to 20,000 queries per second (QPS). The project was completed on schedule and met all stated requirements and industry standards. Consequently, the first version of the product was effectively launched in international markets.

Work Description: Geomotiv conducted an in-depth analysis and performed business intelligence (BI) assessments. The team developed a Java-based minimum viable product (MVP) for data visualization. Subsequently, the client received the compiled information along with expert recommendations on issues to address and necessary actions to take. They were very impressed with our work and subsequently hired a new team to manage their AdTech operations.

**About the Client** Our client is a trailblazer in a specialized market focused on digital-to-direct mail. They developed an innovative marketing platform that includes over 100 brand partners and has earned a spot on ARF’s First Innovators A-List. **Goal** As the business experienced rapid growth, the client needed to completely overhaul their existing platform to accommodate increased demands. The original platform, created as a proof of concept, was not built to handle heavy loads. Additionally, the client sought to incorporate Big Data technologies into the project for improved performance and scalability. **Work Description** The client’s initial solution, which relied on Python, lacked the scalability necessary to meet rising demands. They aimed to entirely reconstruct the platform and add new web features. To begin, Geomotiv conducted an in-depth technological assessment and developed a new architectural plan. Our team opted for Big Data technologies including Scala, Spark, and GraphX for the new solution. While the original project remained active, we provided ongoing support while simultaneously working on the new system. Following the development, we completed the full data migration from the old platform to the new one, after which the client discontinued the original project. Our technology stack included Java and Spring for the back-end and React for the front-end, with the client following an agile (scrum) development methodology, making us an extension of their core team. The management process involved three-week sprints, scrum meetings, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and more. **Results** Through collaboration with Geomotiv, the client successfully rebuilt their entire system to meet new business needs. The implementation of a dedicated Big Data stack ensured the scalability and fault tolerance that the previous Python-based platform could not provide. This new system allowed the client to decrease additional support costs and offer users a wider range of services.
