Visual brand identity
At Garteh Design Agency, we are committed to crafting visual identities that genuinely represent a brand's core essence. Our recent project was with Halino, a fashion label that prioritizes individuality over temporary trends. The name Halino is derived from "حالی نو," which translates to "a new state of being," capturing the brand’s philosophy of embracing personal style rather than following fashion fads. Founded by sisters Hanieh and Haleh, Halino emphasizes self-expression through clothing. In developing their identity, we examined the distinction between style and fashion, leading us to the concept of a signature as a mark of identity. The logo features the Persian letter "هـ," drawing inspiration from the founders' initials and designed to symbolize the graceful flow of fabric, akin to a ribbon. Creating a visual identity that embodies personal style and individuality involves careful consideration. For Halino, we focused on critical elements that represent the brand's philosophy. We chose an experimental font to highlight exploration and self-expression, reflecting the journey of discovering one's distinct style. Rather than using the letter "H," we integrated the Persian letter "هـ" in a fluid design, inspired by the movement of fabric and the idea of a personal signature. Although the logo is rooted in Persian script, its design achieves a universal appeal, making it both culturally significant and globally recognizable. Through this project, we aimed to create more than a visual identity; we wanted to convey a story that aligns with Halino's vision. The complete project is now available on our website, so be sure to take a look.
