FYELABS is a product development company designed specifically for small to medium-sized businesses and startups. FYELABS was founded to empower startups and small businesses in competing with major industry players. Originating at McMaster University through the expertise of co-founders Suvojit Ghosh, Souvik Pal, and Ghada Badawy—all PhD holders—the company was shaped by their work at the Computing Infrastructure Research Centre (CIRC). Recognizing the limitations of traditional outsourcing for smaller companies, they established FYELABS to offer swift, affordable, and comprehensive product development services spanning software, AI, IoT, and hardware. Leveraging open-source tools and interdisciplinary collaboration, FYELABS rapidly transforms ideas into minimum viable products. Operating from McMaster Innovation Park in Hamilton, Ontario, the founders combine visionary leadership, technical excellence, and process expertise to deliver tailored, cost-efficient solutions while upholding values centered on customer focus, innovation, and partnership.
