A comprehensive digital transformation for Fulcrum

Fulcrum Asset Management

Implementing a holistic digital transformation for Fulcrum Asset Management that includes a fresh brand identity, a user-friendly website, and a tailored fund center plugin to tackle their technology limitations and market positioning hurdles. Fulcrum encountered three primary challenges: The objective was to move away from their current provider while enhancing their digital footprint and capabilities simultaneously. Given the tight deadlines and diverse nature of these challenges, it was evident that we needed to kick off several work streams right from the outset. Brand identity enhancement: We evolved Fulcrum’s image from a 'retail' aesthetic to a sophisticated and contemporary one, ensuring it resonated with their target audience. Fund center / literature library plugin creation: We designed a custom plugin to replace the existing SaaS platform Fulcrum was using. Content creation and tone of voice refinement: Through interviews with several Managing Directors and team members, we established a new, cohesive tone of voice and key messaging for the entire website. Website structuring: We implemented a streamlined approach to the website, eliminating unnecessary complexities from a multi-country site and enhancing user experience. Upon completing the brand identity phase, we moved on to the next phase of work: website development, culminating in the successful launch of a live website that met our timeline and budget constraints.

Validis

Developing a dynamic and assertive brand identity for Validis, along with a tailored website and a set of marketing materials, to differentiate them from competitors and build trust among their global clients. Validis faced the significant challenge of rejuvenating its brand identity to create a stronger and more impactful image, thereby enhancing its market competitiveness. Acknowledging that the current visual elements were outdated and did not align with the company's ambitious goals, it was essential to create a modern and cohesive brand experience that would resonate with Validis' target audience. Freshly Brewed conducted a Brand Discovery workshop with the Senior Leadership team at Validis, establishing the groundwork for future strategic initiatives. This was followed by market research to benchmark Validis against industry counterparts, yielding valuable insights for the creative process ahead. A collection of mood boards, identity concepts, and mock-ups helped to bring the new brand identity to life, featuring a collaborative exploration of design elements that epitomized Validis’ essence and vision. Once the new identity was confirmed, focus shifted to revamping the website. This involved designing a new site map that aligned with Validis’ key objectives and desired actions. The process moved from wireframing to finalizing the UI/UX, resulting in a custom WordPress site tailored to Validis’ specifications. The effort culminated in the website's launch and a related press release. Prior to the launch, comprehensive measures were implemented to ensure the site's optimal functionality, including proper indexing, seamless integration of analytics and SEO tools, and a focus on page speed optimization. This comprehensive approach aimed to deliver not only an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly website but also to enhance its visibility and effectiveness in the digital space.

Rebranding a 94 year old manufacturing business

Secomak

Rebranding a 94-year-old manufacturing company involved developing a new, product-centric website to strengthen Secomak’s presence in the global air movement technology market. The challenge was to revitalize a legacy brand while ensuring consistency and coherence between the brand and its products. The former website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and lacked sufficient product information. Furthermore, it was not optimized for effective SEO to attract traffic and inquiries. The strategy: Freshly Brewed initiated the process by auditing the current brand, website, and user experience. This included surveying customers and the internal team, alongside a thorough analysis of website analytics to gain insights into customer motivations and behaviors. The findings informed the rebranding efforts and the creation of a new visual identity, user journey, and website. Freshly Brewed also suggested creating a separate website for one of the product lines, as the needs of Gas Booster customers differ significantly from those of other products. Ongoing, we continue to provide Secomak with ongoing support for all their marketing, web, and design needs.
