To achieve this, Juventus has introduced a new section on its official website dedicated to its supporters, partnering with Bitmama from Reply Group and Frankhood to develop the 'Member Events' platform at juventus.com (memberevents.juventus.com). This platform allows Juventus Members to discover and participate in exclusive experiences that can truly fulfill the dreams of dedicated fans, including offerings like VIP Hospitality, Bimbi in Campo, Invito all’Allianz Stadium, and Un Giorno con la Squadra. In terms of technical development, the project aimed to create a section that could effectively manage and automate various use cases. A significant backend challenge involved integrating and interfacing with all Juventus services for managing Membership Cards and user accounts. Additionally, the platform includes a feature that enables the creation of custom event forms through a configurator, allowing specific application fields to be tailored based on the event's nature. The development team focused on finding the most efficient solutions to deliver a high-quality product that provides Juventus fans with an innovative way to interact with their beloved team.

Each salesperson has convenient access to a variety of digital services, enabling them to review documents, technical datasheets, and marketing materials, as well as to view and manage monthly action plans dynamically. They can also download forms, compare the costs of electric versus combustion vehicles, connect with communities, and update their personal profiles in real time with details on courses and qualifications. Frankhood leveraged its expertise in user-centric development to create a solution that brings significant value in terms of efficiency, sales effectiveness, and brand image. This initiative is part of Frankhood's offerings to assist major brands in their digital transformation with tailored tools and solutions. The app’s back-end was developed using Python and the Django framework, while the APIs were built using the Django Rest Framework, known for its robust capabilities for web API development. The front-end was designed using a cross-platform strategy, incorporating Ionic, Capacitor, and Angular. A significant challenge for the project was modernizing the outdated platform to create a high-performance system that could accommodate continuous development and increasing traffic due to its ongoing growth. We launched a new, modern responsive design featuring integrated advanced capabilities. The server infrastructure was completely overhauled, shifting from a monolithic architecture to a more reliable cloud server setup. Migrating the base code to Python 3 and Django 2 was a crucial step. Additionally, we optimized the platform's performance, achieving a 90% reduction in loading times on the most visited pages while introducing multiple levels of caching. Our various initiatives included: developing a new responsive front-end, optimizing page loading times, migrating to Python 3 and Django 2, implementing multiple cache levels, establishing a real-time logging and monitoring system, transitioning to a reliable cloud server infrastructure, adding new features and donation types, and creating a system and priority code for asynchronous operations.
