In her day-to-day interactions with designers, marketers, and other professionals, she encountered a persistent issue: her workflows were fragmented across various tools. Task management, time tracking, invoicing, and communication were all conducted in different systems, leading to inefficiencies and a lack of visibility. Her objective was to establish a cohesive digital workspace where freelancers and clients could collaborate effectively in one location. 📌 Client Request The request was to create a SaaS platform for freelancer-client partnership that would allow users to manage projects, track time, communicate, and generate invoices all within a single system. 👤 About the Client The concept originated from a product founder seasoned in the Australian job market, who recognized a critical problem: the lack of trust in job listings. The project was supported by a technical co-founder, Sergey, who brings over 13 years of IT experience. Serving as CTO, he was in charge of the platform's architecture and the delivery of the minimum viable product (MVP). The objective was to create a job platform exclusively for verified companies within the Australian market. 📌 Client Request The client aimed to develop a job platform tailored for Australia, intentionally avoiding a typical job board format. The emphasis was on verified employers only. To address trust concerns in the market, every company needed to undergo verification by submitting a valid tax ID before they could post job listings. ⚠️ Challenge The primary challenge was to establish a trustworthy ecosystem where only genuine companies could operate. We introduced a system to verify business registrations and tax IDs, recognizing that trust is fundamental to any job platform. Additionally, we needed to maintain a user-friendly experience despite the stringent verification processes. ⚙️ Solution We created a job marketplace that allows candidates to easily register and explore verified job opportunities. Employers are required to undergo verification by submitting their tax ID, which is automatically validated. Companies that do not meet the standards are prohibited from posting jobs. This ensures that only verified businesses can advertise openings, creating a safe and dependable platform. 🚀 Result We successfully launched an MVP job platform featuring an integrated verification system and a scalable architecture.
