About the Team
OUR STORY
FoxTail, LLC arose from a critical need for reliable IT specialists, especially for niche stacks and projects where traditional recruitment services fell short, causing operational downtime and financial challenges. Recognizing these gaps, the company developed its own recruitment service—initially a rough version—that outperformed existing solutions. By involving partners through test access and incorporating their feedback, FoxTail refined the platform into a stable, effective tool. Over the past year, the company has expanded collaborations with banks and major IT firms, continually enhancing the service based on user input. Committed to creating a user-friendly, functional recruitment experience, FoxTail remains open to suggestions and encourages dialogue, reflecting the vision of its CEO and founder, Igor Prokofiev.
