Founded in 2017 by Curt Mastio, a Certified Public Accountant with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Illinois, Founder’s CPA specializes in serving startups and small businesses. Curt, who began his career in Big Four accounting and later served as CFO of Storage Squad, brings extensive expertise in SaaS, Blockchain, Marketplace, and Fintech sectors. As Managing Partner, he leads strategy, operations, and business development, having collaborated with over 200 companies ranging from early-stage startups to firms with revenues exceeding $30 million. Curt also mentors for Techstars and contributes to the startup ecosystem through workshops and presentations. Recognized for leadership and community service, he continues to nurture both professional growth and personal interests including golf and family time.
