Richard is a USPTO Registered Patent Attorney dedicated to assisting creative individuals in achieving their dreams. He earned his BA from Princeton University and completed his Physics studies at San Francisco State University. He also received his J.D. with Honors and a certification in Intellectual Property from the University of Oregon School of Law. Rich has experience in patent prosecution, patent litigation, and military law, having served as a Captain in the Army JAG Corps both domestically and internationally.
