SMIELS is a B2B SaaS solution developed by Forenax Technologies, with its inception dating back to 2019. Built using the Loopback4 framework on NodeJS, it features a modern and sleek frontend created with Angular. SMIELS streamlines the daily operations of B2B industries, enhancing manageability and sustainability. The product has also secured a total of $75,000 in seed funding. The primary goal of SMIELS is to offer a unified platform for B2B businesses to handle all their processes in one location. The project followed a comprehensive Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which included requirement gathering, project management, design, development, testing, and sprint management—effectively organized through Jira. Initially, an MVP was created, and additional features were incorporated in response to customer feedback. This ongoing project involves regular maintenance to eliminate bugs and implement new features as needed. SMIELS not only boasts its inherent functionalities but also offers integration with popular industry software including QuickFile, QuickBooks, Amazon, Shopify, and FreshBooks, with more integrations planned for the future. In a relatively short period, SMIELS has attracted a variety of businesses that collectively generate daily invoices exceeding $100,000, all expressing high satisfaction with the software. Twisted Tea Website

Twisted Tea

Twisted Tea presents a contemporary approach with their online store, featuring visually engaging content and seamless transitions. Based in Canada, Twisted Tea's website highlights its products with a modern aesthetic. Initially, the site was created by another software company, which left behind numerous bugs affecting its functionality and responsiveness. The website is built using JavaScript, alongside the JavaScript library locomotiveScroll and SCSS. We were provided with the design files and a list of issues, which posed a challenge due to the poor quality of the previous code. Over five weekly sprints, we tackled multiple tasks and successfully completed them on schedule. In the next phase, the goal was to enhance the website's responsiveness, aiming to deliver an app-like experience for mobile users. To achieve this, we created a new responsive design based on the provided Figma layout and also developed a separate responsive design for tablet users. The website includes a "find by map" feature that allows users to enter their postal code to locate nearby points of sale for the product, which we implemented from the ground up. The site relies heavily on rich animations and transitions, presenting additional challenges in adjusting these elements to meet the client's specifications. Ultimately, we were able to fulfill the client's requirements on time, and they continue to reach out to us for further enhancements to their website experience. Zed Run PowerBI

Zed Run

We retrieved millions of race and horse data from the Zed Run API to use in PowerBI. Zed Run is an online platform for blockchain-based horse racing, where users can buy NFT horses and compete in realistic races. The project's initial requirements involved extracting all race data from the Zed Run public API and importing it into MS PowerBI for data visualization. After finishing that, we were tasked with gathering horse listings data from the OpenSea marketplace. This was challenging since the data was rendered in real-time and only loaded more records as users scrolled. However, we successfully completed the project using GraphQL, PowerBI, Google Sheets, Excel, and custom scripts.
