This process includes moving from opportunities to orders and then to invoices, along with inventory management and purchase orders.

Employee and Project Management System

The project's aim was to develop and implement a system that facilitates the smooth management of projects and HR-related activities. From an HR standpoint, the goal was to create a centralized platform for employee-related tasks, where requests and approvals could be managed within the system. There was a need for an integration with Salesforce to enable employees to log in and complete their timesheets by selecting their assigned projects. Users would be required to submit leave applications through the system, which would involve a three-tier approval process. They should also have the ability to revoke leave requests until they are approved and go through a cancellation procedure post-approval. Additionally, users should be able to submit timesheets for the previous two days. Regarding project management, the system was intended to oversee reports, resources, project performance, change orders, and status updates to help mitigate risks. The aim was to develop a system that would allow for tracking employee performance, influenced by various factors such as project assignments, typical time taken on tasks, and project duration.
