Harmony Academy | Digital Marketing
National University Harmony Academy, formerly known as Harmony SEL and Inspire Leading in Learning, supports student success through a wide array of resources and customized programs that emphasize social and emotional learning, healthy relationships, and academic achievement. Currently, Harmony operates in over 45,000 schools, affecting more than 11.5 million students, and is eager to expand its reach even further.
SITUATION: Harmony sought to collaborate with a marketing firm to assist with their ambitious objectives for the phased launch of its revamped digital product, the Harmony Third Edition program. Their primary annual goals for this launch included Retention, Acquisition, and Brand Awareness. Additionally, they were undergoing a merger with their parent organization, National University, and wanted a comprehensive rebranding approach to commemorate this transition and inform current users.
OUR APPROACH: We began by visually revamping Harmony’s existing branding and materials to generate excitement and awareness around the product and its new features. We then focused on engaging users at the Top-of-Funnel level through strategic initiatives, social media, paid advertising, and content that illustrated Harmony Academy's mission and vision. We directed paid media towards our target audience and constructed various landing pages to optimize conversion rates, gate content, and attract qualified leads. Once launched, we intensified our promotion of the product's new features, concentrating on user journeys to connect with teachers, administrators, and parents while generating and addressing the demand for new content and training opportunities. We developed a nurture email series and implemented remarketing strategies to re-engage inactive users while continuously providing valuable content and connections. Throughout the process, we monitored user activity, daily traffic, and engagement within the platform to better understand who was utilizing it and where they originated from.
