FenxLabs is a research lab and infrastructure company focused on applied AI, located in Amsterdam. Central to our services is the ARCHIMEDES stack, a robust infrastructure suite designed for organizations that need reliable, verifiable, and sovereign AI solutions. ARCHIMEDES includes ARC, an entirely self-service, configurable AI router that is model-agnostic and can route requests from any model or endpoint, incorporating traditional ML pipelines and algorithms under a single, unified interface; HIM, the Hybrid Infrastructure Mesh; and EDES, the Ephemeral Distributed Execution System. For our Custom ARCHIMEDES Deployments, we tailor and implement a licensed version of ARCHIMEDES within your environment, whether it's on the cloud, on-premise, or hybrid, customized to meet your compliance needs, model variety, and existing infrastructure. We ensure complete engineering knowledge transfer so that you won't depend on us for ongoing operation. In terms of Custom Model Training, we develop, train, and deliver specialized models using your proprietary data. This includes everything from classifiers and forecasting systems to customized language models; we handle the entire process: data preparation, training, evaluation, and inference optimization. The delivery, computational resources, and data governance are aligned with your specifications, and the final model belongs entirely to you. We intentionally limit the number of clients we work with to maintain a focus on technical rigor, direct commercial engagement, and fostering long-term ownership instead of dependency.
