**Our Contribution:** Brand Strategy, Customer Experience (CX) Strategy, Design System, CX Design, Naming, Communication **About the Client:** DIIA (which means ‘action’ in Ukrainian) is a comprehensive digital state service developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. This mobile app provides nearly 80 services, including the registration and closure of sole proprietorships, as well as registering newborns. It also offers digital versions of key documents, such as passports and driver's licenses, which hold the same validity as their physical counterparts. **Challenge and Solution:** The challenge was straightforward yet complex: the client wanted to transform a cumbersome bureaucracy into a more efficient system, making public services user-friendly, clear, and responsive. Our solution was rooted in a strategy we term the Human First Strategy—focusing on a digital state that prioritizes individuals over processes. Interacting with the government was simplified to a mere button press. Furthermore, we revamped the entire customer experience of the product and developed its design, name, and communication approach. **Results:** - 18.5 million app downloads, equating to about 40% of the population - 21.7 million portal users, approximately 43% of the population - Over 1,200 companies and institutions supported the initiative within the first two years - More than 70 services and 12 essential citizen documents digitized - 12 services and 12 digital documents were available in the app at launch - 85% of young families have utilized the e-Maliatko service - The service currently supports 1,000,000 private entrepreneurs and over 14,000 companies For more information, please visit our website: https://fedoriv.com/cases/diia

Our project involved a complete rebranding, including the development of a new design system and communication strategy. About the Client: ROZETKA is Ukraine's largest online retailer, offering over 3,000 product categories and 3.5 million items for sale, attracting around 20 million unique users daily—equivalent to half of the country's population. Challenge and Solution: At the outset of our collaboration, the client expressed, “After years of selling numerous brands, we've lost sight of our own.” Our goal was to clarify the brand's focus and messaging. However, after weeks of research, it became clear that any strategic shift needed to include updates to both design and communication. We established a new positioning statement: ROZETKA is a brand that helps make daily aspirations a reality. While this may seem grandiose, happiness often comes from small things—a box of chocolates, a scented candle, a cute polka dot mug, or a quality pair of noise-cancelling headphones. These are the small dreams that ROZETKA brings to life. Results: +10-13% in brand recall, +12% in purchases over three months, +45% increase in direct traffic, +42% in search results, and over 43 million monthly website visits, making ROZETKA the second-largest marketplace in Ukraine. Our focus: Reworking the Product CX Communication strategy and redesigning the packaging communication (spanning over 6 different campaigns). About the client: BODO is among the leading gift shops in Ukraine, offering a wide selection of gift certificates and numerous experiences that customers can gift, ranging from massages to trips to Bali. Challenge and Solution: The client aimed for significant growth in their market. We began with a rebranding effort and a comprehensive overhaul of customer experience, suggesting various improvements to how experiences were showcased on their website, which is the primary sales platform. After several communication campaigns, BODO became strongly linked to the concept of gifting, leading us to slightly adjust their positioning to highlight them as a brand specializing in experiences. Additionally, we developed four more striking and memorable communications. Results: "I fell in love with the brand and the company again, and I have a lot of energy to continue to develop," stated Vitalii Drozd, CEO and founder of BODO. The brand has emerged as a category leader, experiencing a 70% increase in brand traffic, a 44% rise in sales, and 97% of reviews on TrustPilot being 5-star ratings.
